Green Waste

Envirofert collects greenwaste from the Auckland and Waikato regions. Sourced from a number of households, transfer stations and city parks the wide diversity of material produces the high quality wormacompost Envirofert has become well respected for.

Approximately 50,000 tonnes per annum of raw plant material is collected and we are able to successfully dispose and process all types of greenwaste due to the long processing period and methodolgy we use.

Diverting greenwaste to Envirofert helps reduce the environmentally damaging effect of methane and the resulting wormacompost provides structure to the soils of our growing sector thereby promoting improved crops and exports.
